We also have a 30 day refund and returns policy.To be eligible for a return or refund, please first contact us and give details of the reason that you require a refund or return. We will contact you as soon as we are able to see if we can fix the issue for you. If we cannot do that then will will send you a reference number and the address for your return of goods. Unfortunately, we do not pay costs incurred when customers are returning the item to us.
Once we receive confirmation (postage receipt and tracking number) from you that the package has been mailed back to us, we will issue your refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, in order to receive a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and complimentary gifts cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait further instructions before sending your item back to us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the buyer will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to the buyer.
Gift Certificates are not able to be refunded or exchanged.
To return your product, you should contact us for the address to mail your product to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original postage will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning goods, we ask that you use a trackable postage service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
