Here in sunny??? Queensland, we are fortunate to get some much needed rain. With the rain and the change of season, we have a little cool weather hanging around.

So, with the cool weather, for a lot of us, this also means aches & pains. Why is it that we start to hurt and generally feel stiffer all over because the weather cools down????

Low temperatures make the fluid inside our joints thicken, so that’s why we get that stiffness. Our movement and activity is generally a bit decreased on cooler days.As we tend to feel lazier, maybe we just want to curl up on the lounge and binge on Netflix all day. Or is that just in my family??? This of course, then causes our inactive joints to be and feel stiffer. Quite often there will be some pain associated with the stiffness. This is about where we really begin to start feeling our age or older 😦

So we can focus on moving around more but, sometimes that just isn’t enough. This is where the Comfrey Ointments & Oils really come into their own. Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) is well researched and well regarded for its pain relieving and healing properties.

A little massage with either our ointments or oil formulations and you could be back up and about in no time. Moving possibly better than you have in ages.
